Delete your Noctyra account
In the game (fastest): open Settings → Delete my account, tap Delete…, then Tap again to delete. Your account, city, guild membership, rankings, saves and mail are removed from our server straight away.
No longer have the game?
Email lymaragames@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Noctyra account" and tell us your Keeper name and roughly when you last played. We will delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your account and device identifier
- Your city, heroes, items and progress
- Your guild membership, ranking entries and mail
Server connection logs are removed within 30 days. Reports made about an account may be kept for as long as needed to deal with them.
